Management Team Bios

David A. Fish
David A. Fish is Chief Executive Officer of IMN. Dave has over 20 years of leadership experience in electronic publishing, online marketing, data management, direct response and database marketing. 

Previous positions include President/CEO of Avaki Corporation (now part of Sybase); Chief Operating Officer at Engage Technologies, Inc., Engineering Director for the One Source data publishing division of Lotus Development Corp. and Vice President of Systems for Epsilon Data Management, Inc. (now a unit of Alliance Data Systems). He has also been involved with several private ventures in electronic publishing, including Narrowcast Technologies, Context Media, and Rocket Science Software. He holds a B.S. degree in computer science and electrical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. in information sciences from Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Tim O’Leary
Tim O’Leary is Chief Technology Officer of IMN. Tim has over 13 years of experience in the technology sector with a broad background including database management with entries numbering in the billions.

Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Technology at Epsilon where he evaluated disruptive technologies that would provide Epsilon with a technological advantage in the marketplace. Before Epsilon, Tim held positions at Sports Loyalty Systems in Boston, Insight Architects and Engage Inc. He has designed and delivered key systems for companies such as United Airlines, Hertz Rent a Car, Holiday Inn and many others.

Chris Ellis
Chris Ellis is Vice President, Finance and Administration with IMN. He has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience, including significant experience with software companies providing advertising and marketing solutions.

Previous positions include Controller of Connected Corporation, Corporate Controller at Engage, Inc., Financial Reporting Manager for a publicly held ERP solutions provider and six years in public accounting, including two years with the technology group at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Chris received a B.S. degree in Accounting from University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and an M.B.A. from Bentley College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Rodney Green
Rodney Green is Vice President Corporate Development & Operations at IMN. Rodney has over 15 years of experience in the Software, Internet and Database Marketing industries with experience in the areas of strategic corporate planning, alliance partnering, technology licensing, mergers and acquisitions and divestitures.

Previous positions include Vice President of Corporate Development of Engage, Inc. Rodney also held various business development and account management positions for Epsilon Data Management, Inc. (now a unit of Alliance Data Systems). Rodney received a B.A. degree from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from Boston University.

Kimo Kong
Kimo Kong is Worldwide Vice President, Sales and Services at IMN. Kimo has over 20 years of diverse and extensive technology experience in executive sales and general management capacities.

Previous positions include President/CEO, Noverant, Inc., Vice President of International Operations of Oculan, Inc., Founder and EVP of Avesair, Inc., Vice President/General Manager of Engage, Inc. and Vice President of Sales at Accipiter, Inc. where he was responsible for the technologies division. He also held sales management positions with Integral, a provider of back office applications and Q+E/Intersolv, a provider of database middleware and business analysis tools. Kimo received a B.S. degree from University of Nevada at Las Vegas.

Sebastian Leonardi
Sebastian Leonardi is Vice President, Direct Selling and Multichannel Markets at IMN.  He has 17+ years of consulting and business development experience in multiple industries and an outstanding record of creating dynamic growth for client companies where he lead successful initiatives focused on the implementation and execution of key business improvement and technology alignment strategies.

Prior to Sebastian’s appointment at IMN, he served as senior vice president for a leading management & technology consulting firm for the direct selling industry.  During his tenure, he focused his expertise on the direct sales business model and has been instrumental in defining many of the leading best practices and key business drivers in the industry as they relate to systems selection, business model optimization, technology alignment and sales and marketing integration.  He is a thought leader and frequent speaker at industry events.

Eric Shealy
Eric Shealy is Vice President, Corporate & Business Development at IMN. Eric has a strong background in investment banking, corporate and business development.  With over 23 years of experience, Eric has completed more than 30 M&A and capital raising transactions.

Prior to joining IMN, Eric spent 10 years as an investment banker, most recently as Managing Director and head of the Boston office for Innovation Advisors, a technology-focused investment bank. At Innovation Advisors he sourced and led transactions in the e-marketing, online media and unified communications sectors.  He was previously Managing Director at Covington Associates where he led their technology practice and completed transactions for a wide range of software, hardware and service businesses.  Before Covington, Eric founded NewBridge Associates, an M&A advisory firm.  Eric's operating experience includes Director of  Business Development for ON Technology, Director of Corporate Development for Amnet, Inc. and product management and general management roles at Everex Systems.  Eric also spent 5 years, first as an Associate and later as a Senior Associate at Summit Partners. Eric received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Boston College.
